While browsing the antiques markets and shops of Petworth, we stumbled across this ceramic figurine of a surfing hippo. It’s not often that you say this about a hippo, but it was “Love at first sight”. So he’s now firmly part of the family.
We don’t really know much about this guy, where he came from or when he was made. But for us, he’s become something of a cult icon.
